CHICKEN CACCIATORE (IN 20
MINUTES)
 
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut in strips
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil
16 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 c. green pepper, cut into narrow strips
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice

Brown chicken and onion in oil. Add sauce, green pepper, and spices. Bring to boil. Remove from heat, add rice, cover, let stand for 5 minutes. 4 servings.
