3 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
2 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
6 c. oatmeal

Mix together and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
