PIZZA DOUGH 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. active dry yeast
2 1/2 to 3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine water, yeast and 1 1/2 cup flour in a large bowl. Mix well. Add oil, salt and remaining flour gradually. Work the ingredients together until the dough holds its shape. Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic. Add flour if sticky, about 5 minutes.

Transfer dough to an oiled bowl. Cover with tea towel and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Punch down and divide into 2 balls. Cover with a towel and let rest for 20 minutes. Stretch dough onto 12-inch pizza pans, oiled. Add sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 to 475 degrees.
