PIZZA DOUGH 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast (dry)
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. flour plus 1 1/2 c. set aside
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix yeast until it dissolves. Add 2 tablespoons oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 cups flour. Mix well; then add 1 to 1 1/2 cups more flour and knead until smooth. Let rise. Crisco (grease) pan when ready. Sprinkle pan with a little cornmeal if desired, before stretching dough on pan. Add toppings and bake in hot oven, 425 degrees, for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 1 pan or 2 thin pizzas.
