ASIAN SPINACH SALAD 
2 bunches spinach, washed, stems removed & leaves torn
2 scallions, chopped

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/3 c. slivered almonds
1 pkg. crushed ramen without the seasoning packet

DRESSING:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sesame oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar (or less to your taste)

Brown toppings in butter and cool for about 30 minutes. Add dressing. Enjoy!
