1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. coconut
Pinch of salt

Put all in blender, mix at top speed. Put into well greased and floured pie plate. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown at 350 degrees.
