1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. oil

Heat oil in saucepan. Add other ingredients to oil. Cook and stir for 3 minutes over medium heat (or until consistency is like Play Doh). Pull out of pan and knead in food color if desired. (Color may be added in beginning also.)
