CHICKEN - RICE PILAF 
1 cut up chicken
2 c. raw rice
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup mix
9 inch sq. baking pan (9 x 13 inch)

Pour raw rice over bottom of baking dish - sprinkle celery, onion and green pepper over top of rice. Mix mushroom soup with 3 cans hot water. Pour over rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top - then place chicken on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 2 hours.
