BBQ MEATBALLS 
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 lb. ground chuck
2 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Mix and shape into balls. Place in a flat pan, only one layer.

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix thoroughly and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
