RED BEANS AND RICE 
16 oz. can Goya small red beans
1/4 lb. diced ham
3 tsp. Goya olive oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. coriander
4 oz. Goya tomato sauce (1/2 can)
1/2 c. water
1 packet Goya Sazon
Pinch of salt

In a medium sauce pan, saute vegetables and ham in olive oil for 8 minutes. Add tomato sauce, water and salt and bring to a boil. Add beans and remaining ingredients; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Serve over white rice.
