LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn in pieces
4 eggs, boiled and chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
1/2 lb. spinach, torn in pieces
1 pkg. Hidden Ranch dressing
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise, not salad dressing
Parmesan cheese

In 9 x 13 inch dish; put 1/2 of lettuce, then eggs, bacon, peas, and spinach. Top with other 1/2 of lettuce.

DRESSING: Mix together dressing, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Chill for 1 hour. Then spread on top of layered ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
