CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUTS (OR
RAISINS)
 
1 lg. bag peanut butter (or butterscotch) chips
1 lg. bag chocolate chips
3 c. salted Spanish peanuts (or raisins)

Melt chips in double boiler. Take off heat and add peanuts (or raisins). Spoon into mini muffin cups, or onto waxed paper. Let set or cool in refrigerator.
