ISLAND HOPPER 
4 c. drained pineapple, crushed or cubed
4 oz. cream of coconut
12 ice cubes
8 oz. light rum, vodka or gin (opt.)
Pineapple chunks for garnish

Combine all ingredients except garnish in blender. Blend at high speed for 1 minute or until slushy. Pour into stemmed glasses and garnish with pineapple. Yield: 4 servings.
