CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
Graham cracker crust
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 egg
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
Chocolate curls for garnish

In double boiler over hot, not boiling, water, melt chocolate pieces. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Beat in whole egg and 2 egg yolks, 1 at a time. Add rum flavor. In small bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat 2 egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold in chocolate mixture. Fold one half container whipped topping into chocolate mixture. Pour into crust. Chill until set. Swirl with remaining topping on top. Garnish with chocolate curls.
