CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE | |
3/4 c. Nestle's Quick 4 tbsp. butter, melted 1/3 c. skim milk 2 tbsp. sugar, optional 3 oz. lite cream cheese, softened 8 oz. whipped topping Graham cracker crust Combine Nestle's Quick and melted butter. If using sugar, beat into cream cheese; add milk and chocolate to cream cheese and beat until smooth. Fold chocolate mixture into whipped topping, blending until smooth. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls or bits, if desired. Serves 8. |
