PARTY POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. bag hash brown frozen potatoes 1 c. chopped onions 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 16 oz. sour cream 1 stick of butter 8 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese, grated 1 c. crushed potato chips for top While potatoes thaw; mix together all other ingredients. Add potatoes and stir well. Spoon in a 13 1/2 x 9 1/2 inch ungreased dish. Sprinkle potato chips on top. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. |
