LEFSE 
5 c. water
1/5 lb. lard (1/2 c.)
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. cold milk
8 c. Hungry Jack potato flakes
2 c. flour

Boil water, lard, salt and sugar. Remove from heat - add 2 cups cold milk and pour over potato flakes. Stir until well mixed - let it get REAL cold. Add 2 cups flour - knead in real good. Separate into 4 sections. Separate these into small mounds. Roll out on floured grill - turning once - until browned lightly on both sides. Cool on rack before storing. Freezes well.
