MARINATED CHICKEN BREASTS 
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. red vinegar
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced OR garlic powder to taste
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, boned and skinless

Mix all marinate ingredients in a glass bowl or pie plate. Cover chicken breasts in marinade and leave in refrigerator for 2 hours. Either broil, barbecue or stir-fry chicken to cook.
