CABBAGE CRUNCH SALAD 
4 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted (be careful they burn easily)
1 c. roasted nuts, slivered or chopped almonds
1 head cabbage
2 pkgs. chicken flavored Top Ramen
4 green onions, minced

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. oil
7 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 seasoning packets from Top Ramen
Few drops of sesame oil, optional

Just before serving, add noodles, broken into small pieces, to cabbage; then add nuts and dressing, mix well. Cubed meat (chicken or roasted pork) sliced into small pieces may be added. To make low fat dressing, use light Italian with a drop of sesame oil.
