NOODLES AU GRATIN 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 egg
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Butter
Salt to taste (optional)

Combine the sour cream and egg. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and toss with butter. In shallow baking dish, alternate layers of noodles, Swiss cheese, then sour cream. Reserve 1/4 cup Swiss cheese to top off dish. Place in 350 degree oven until Swiss cheese on top is melted. Noodles can be substituted with 1 small head cooked cauliflower.
