PISTACHIO BUNDT CAKE 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
3/4 c. liquid shortening
4 eggs
1 c. water
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl; blend and beat according to cake mix package instructions. Pour batter into well-greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown and inserted toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar after it cools.
