1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Hershey Kisses

Mix all the ingredients, except the Hershey Kisses. Beat at low speed until blended. Form small balls, approximately 1 inch and roll in granulated sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Have kisses unwrapped and ready. As soon as you take the cookies out of the oven, gently place a candy in the center of each cookie and gently press down. Let cool completely before eating.
