1/2 head lettuce
1/2 head cauliflower
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Zesty Italian salad dressing
Shredded sharp cheese
3 tbsp. Baco's bacon bits
Mayonnaise

In bowl put 1 layer of lettuce, 1 layer of cauliflower, 1 layer of frozen peas, 1 package of Italian salad dressing, 1 layer of shredded sharp cheese, 1 layer of Baco's, 1 layer of mayonnaise. Refrigerate overnight. Mix well.
