PIEROGI 
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour

FILLINGS:

1. Mix: 8 oz. cottage cheese 1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt Flour to thicken

2. Mix: 1 chopped fried onion 3 slices American cheese 4 oz. cottage cheese

3. Mix:

1 fried chopped onion
16 oz. can sauerkraut (add to onion and simmer 5 min.)
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix dough ingredients. Roll a small portion out flat. Place one of the fillings in the center of rolled dough. Fold dough over filling. Use a large mouthed glass to cut out dough around filling resulting in a crescent shape. This will also seal the dough and prevent filling from leaking. Fry pierogies in onions until golden brown. Serve hot with sour cream.
