4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz. pkg. sweet German chocolate
1 pt. marshmallow cream
2 c. pecans

Combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt and bring to a boil. Boil 6 minutes. In large mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients and pour boiling syrup over all. Beat until all chocolate is melted. Pour into large pan and let set several hours before cutting.
