CARROT RAISIN SALAD 
3 lg. carrots, grated
2 apples, cut up, not peeled
2 sm. cans crushed pineapple, drained well
2 c. seedless raisins
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise

Soak raisins in pineapple juice for 30 minutes. Drain and add to other ingredients; mix well. Makes 8 servings.
