CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. crabmeat
6 green onions and tops
4 cloves garlic
4 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. seasoned croutons
2 eggs
3/4 c. cream
2 tsp. Tony's Creole Seasoning
1/2 c. seasoned or buttered bread crumbs

Saute green onions, garlic, parsley and bell pepper in butter until soft. Add celery salt and pepper.

Combine vegetable mixture, croutons, eggs, crabmeat, cream and Tony's seasoning. Put into casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
