FIVE APPLE CRUMB PIE 
Pastry for one crust pie

FILLING:

5 lg. apples, sliced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together all filling ingredients. Spoon into pastry lined 9 inch pie pan. Mix topping ingredients with pastry cutter. Place on top of pie. Cook for about 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue to bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with whipping cream or ice cream.
