SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. (1 pkg.) sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. raw, shelled, deveined shrimp
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cube 3/4 of the cheddar cheese. Thinly slice remaining cheese. Combine all ingredients (except sliced cheese) in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix well. Place sliced cheese on top of mixture in an even layer. Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes. Yield: 3 to 5 portions.
