LAYERED LETTUCE SALAD | |
1 head lettuce, torn into pieces 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained and cooled, if desired 1 pt. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. sugar 10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Do not toss. Serve in layers. Refrigerate about 8 hours or longer. Serves 10- 12. |
