1 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. oatmeal 12 oz. chocolate chips 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 4 oz. Hershey almond bar Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, flour, oatmeal and salt. Make powder out of the oatmeal, do this in a blender or food processor, before adding to the other ingredients. Mix with the above ingredients the chocolate chips, the Hershey bar, grated and the nuts. Make golf ball size balls of dough and bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Chilled dough makes forming of balls easier. |
