STUFFED FLOUNDER 
2-3 lb. approx. flounders
1 c. white bread crumbs, toasted
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 c. corn bread crumbs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 stick butter

Salt and pepper flounder; slit to stuff. Saute onions in half the butter. Add celery, bell pepper, garlic and slightly saute. Mix the bread crumbs, chicken broth and seasonings and add the sauteed vegetables. Add 1 pound peeled deveined shrimp, 1 pound crabmeat and 1/2 pint of oysters. Stuff the flounders and use the rest of the butter to dot over the flounder. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Uncover before serving and place under the broiler to slightly brown. Decorate with lemon slices.
