BARLEY HOT DISH 
3/4 c. pearl barley
1 1/2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (or one can)
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

Boil and drain turkey. Brown hamburger, onion, celery and green pepper. In 2-quart casserole pan (ungreased), mix hamburger mixture and soups. Add barley and vegetables; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
