CHEESE HASHBROWNS 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. diced onion
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix together and put in buttered casserole. Spread the Cheddar cheese on and top with the crushed corn flake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
