LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1/4 to 1/3 c. lemon juice (fresh lemon)
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix cake mix, lemon Jello, eggs, and water. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add oil and beat 3 minutes more. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan, pour batter in and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven, and punch holes in cake, and cover with glaze of lemon juice and powdered sugar. Very good.

I've been making this cake for over 35 years. It's the most requested cake I make for my family. I always use Duncan Hines cake mix because it comes out lighter than other brands. I follow the directions on the box for temperature and baking time. It is best when it is still a little warm. You will LOVE this cake!
