QUICHE 
4 slices Bacon
3 Eggs
1/2 c. Biscuit Mix
1/3 c. butter (melted)
1 1/2 c. Milk
1/8 tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
2 c. Shredded Swiss Cheese

Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Beat eggs, biscuit mix, butter, milk, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into 9-inch or bigger pie plate or oblong baking dish. Sprinkle bacon and cheese over top. Press gently.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
