SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic or to taste
Pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
8 oz. spaghetti
3 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
6 green chopped onion
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Melt butter and add garlic with sugar, salt, and pepper. Mash garlic. Add meat and brown; add tomato sauce and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and green onions.

Put spaghetti in 9 x 13 greased pan; top with cream cheese mixture, spreading over spaghetti. Next add meat mixture, being sure to cover cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
