BROWN SUGAR PECAN ROUNDS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, brown sugar and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. (Dough will flatten, and spread.) Bake 12-15 minutes or until set. Yield 3 dozen.
