CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. plain flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix flour with baking powder. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding. Mix well. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour. Then stir in chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by teaspoon, 2 inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
