LEMON ICE BOX DESSERT 
1ST LAYER:

1/2 c. nuts
1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

3RD LAYER:

2 pkgs. lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk

4TH LAYER:

2 c. Cool Whip

Mix and press 1st layer into 9"x13" well buttered pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes and cool. Blend ingredients for second layer and spread on 1st layer.

For 3rd layer, beat pudding mix and milk until thick. Spread on 2nd layer.

For 4th layer, spread Cool Whip over 3rd layer and chill.
