CABBAGE PATCH STEW 
1 lb. ground beef (lean)
2 tbsp. oil
2 onions, chopped
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. water
1 can kidney beans
1 can tomatoes
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown beef, add onion, cabbage and celery. Cook a few minutes. Add water and simmer 15 minutes. Add rest of the ingredients and simmer about 30 to 45 minutes more.
