CARAMEL COOKIES 
Melt 64 caramels with 2/3 cups canned milk.

DOUGH:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 1/2 c. butter

Mix together and divide in half. Spread on jelly roll pan (small cookie sheet) and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Add on the hot dough: 12 ounce package of chocolate chips and caramel mix. Spoon remaining dough (crumbled) over entire cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
