BABY RUTH BARS 
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white syrup
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 1/2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

Bring the white sugar, brown sugar, and the white syrup almost to a boil. Add the peanut butter. When melted pour over corn flakes and peanuts. Stir until well coated. Press into a buttered 8 inch square pan.

FROSTING:

6 oz. chocolate chips
4 tsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. butter

Melt frosting ingredients together. Spread on top of mixture in pan.
