2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 pkgs. chocolate chip Slice & Bake Cookies

Cut first roll of cookies into 24 slices. Press into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat 4 minutes until fluffy. Pour on top of cookies. Cut second roll of cookies into 24 pieces and place on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
