1 med. cucumber, sliced thin
1 sm. onion, sliced thin
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 c. or more sour cream
1 tbsp. green onion tops, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
2 dashes paprika

Slice cucumbers and onions. Combine all other ingredients and pour over cucumbers and onions. Cover and chill about 15 minutes. This dressing can also be used on coleslaw and other vegetables.
