RICE PUDDING 
1 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, beat well
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Beat all the ingredients together. Put pan of water and place in oven. Set oven at 325 degrees. Put in a bowl large enough to keep it from boiling over. Cook until it thickens to the consistency you like.
