BANANA NUT CAKE 
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 c. buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
3 lg. bananas, mashed
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Combine and mix with mixer until thoroughly mixed. Pour into 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 stick of butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)

Bring this to a boil in microwave, stirring often, until thick. Pour over cake. Put nuts on top if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
