VEGETABLE SOUP 
3 lbs. pot roast (Armor Calif.), with bones
3 onions
Salt & pepper
Lg. can tomatoes
1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
2 lg. turnips, diced
1 lg. can shoe peg corn
1 box frozen lima beans
4 sliced carrots

Cover meat with water, add tomatoes, sauce, onions, cabbage and cook. When meat is brown, add turnips. Then add corn and carrots. Just before serving, add lime beans. Salt and pepper to taste.
