8 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese
10 oz. can Ro-Tel with tomatoes and green chilies
1 chopped jalapeno pepper (optional)

Pour can of Ro-Tel into small saucepan. Add pepper. Melt cheese in microwave. Mix and serve with Tostados or Doritos. Serve dip hot or cold.
