2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut or more to taste
1 c. crumbled saltines
1 qt. milk

Combine and bring to a boil. Cool. Beat egg whites and put on top. Bake at 450 degrees until meringue turns a golden brown.
